Currently AA missiles (carrier launched) appear to track whatever enemy is closest, regardless if it's a ground or air unit. Recommend limiting targeting to air units only. This will prevent abusing AA missile spam to deliberately hit ground units.

Thanks for your report. AA missiles only track air targets in next version v1.0.8
