It would be great to be able to mod the localization.csv for the English language (other languages work) to fix any future typos or to add additional clarity to some of the descriptions.

Steps to reproduce

1) Make a mod or just directly modify the rom_0\locale\localization.csv file

2) Change something in English (Row 3) that would be very noticeable in game such as "Fuel (1000L)" to "Fuel (2000L)"

3) Notice that nothing changes in game about the fuel displaying 2000L

4) You can also completely delete the localization.csv and everything will still display if English is selected
