Hi, of the 12 issues I have opened in the past month, not a single one has received any kind of reply. I don't need to know if they are being worked on or anything, I'm just concerned that whoever is handling tickets on the tracker can't see any of the tickets I've opened. If you can please close this.

Yes we can see your tickets but the system has tagged you for low priority queue due to your first 5 requests being non-actionable (just like this one). When reporting bugs, please consider if it is actually a bug and post clear info on how to reproduce. The system should restore you to normal priority once you have some accepted issues.
