Two of my barges crashed together near the warehouse, probably due to high speeds and/or waves. Now one is stuck on top of the other, and neither of them are able to move. Barges can't be ordered manually, so the only way to 'fix' them seems to be by destroying one, as they keep their logistics orders occupied.
