Defect
The train signals for the line junctions over the ocean are missing in the arctic.
All stations in the arctic still have signals and there are no other missing signals across the rest of the map.
I have tried making many new worlds, but the problem still occurs on all seeds I have tried. The train signals addon is always set to ON.

This issue persists in v1.6.7. I've tried with the default signal add-on and a few from the workshop.

So, I have a game (Seed 21104) that I created about a month ago, and the signals exist in the arctic in the savegame file. I create a new world with the same seed number, and the arctic signals are missing.
So, something changed in the game between now and then that is causing them not to spawn, in any seed that I have tried.

I am having a similar issue, where the signals are spawning in some areas, but the tracks wont switch. My switcher works on every junction I have been through except the first junction in the arctic.

It does require to start a new game to fix that issue.
