Every time I play search and destroy there are two ai bases (Which I think is normal) But one of them doesn't have the truck so I cannot capture it and it becomes very annoying since I am just losing loot for nothing

This sounds like a request to add the feature to capture the AI Main Base, which I believe cannot be captured at all right now

Thank you for report but it's not a bug as main bases are uncapturable by design.
