Train derailing should have its own separate option in the custom menu. It is very nice that derailing can now be disabled, but the only 2 options now are everyone's creations on the server are immortal, or people complain about derailing. I have a ton of play-time on this wonderful game, and at least 1/3 of it is likely dedicated to making trains.

With the current setup, a large fast truck with trailers in the desert DLC is more practical time-wise than a train limited to 100km/h. Mixing the 2 options into 1 makes servers either all for or against train usage. I've seen videos and have made my own fair share of battle and artillery rolling stock; if damage is on it is extremely easy to outrun the train.
