The integrated weather systems including Temperature, Precipitation, Fog, & Wind all seem to be scaled incorrectly due to the change in playable area. The noise effect still seems to be working, everything is just scaled down causing storms to repeat on the map & temperature lines to no longer be lined up with Sawyer.

No reproduction steps besides normal world creation.
