1.9.8 seems to have made it so cooling loops can only achieve 100 L/s which is resulting in all my previous creations overheating. Running 2 coolant manifolds in parallel just halfs the flow through each so the total flow stays the same
Future me. I have no idea what component is limiting the flow. The exact vehicle i made to test flow previously is now also capped at 100l/s which is just an impeller pump and a radiator so maybe it isn't the coolant manifold? The problem remains the same but the cause might be the radiator instead?
Previously coolant was capped at 70 ish (pre fluid rework), so 100 is still more than the old versions. As for the multiple manifolds reducing it, is that coolant manifolds being put on a shared manifold block line or straight to the pistons?
I'll upload a vehicle with the coolant loop i used for all my vehicles. Pre fluid rework and after fluid rework which worked perfectly and now does essentially nothing

Thank you for report but it's not a bug that adding multiple manifolds does not increase flow rate. It's the same rule as for air and fuel manifolds that attached to one cylinders system. What flow rate you have when pumping coolant through a radiator for example?
