This website isn't allowing me to type in a defect.

It says:

Error: 'charmap' codec can't encode character '\ufffd' in position 1202: character maps to <undefined>

but I don't know what '\ufffd' is and there is nowhere close to 1202 characters.

Thanks for your report.

This isn't enough info to reproduce your issue.

While you may have less than 1202 characters, when converted to the rich text format, it is in json data and is quite a bit bigger.
