After patch 1.4.16, there seems to be an issue with the 'Radial Segment' and 'Bar Segment' painting. I am unable to apply additive paint to an individual segment, even though it was possible in the previous update.

Additionally, the bar segment on a creation I loaded that I had made previously, which had differently-colored segments, is now all white.
